Bosana is characterized by being a cultivar with a high content of polyphenols, i.e. plant molecules with antioxidant properties that protect against free radicals and cellular aging, and with anti-inflammatory properties that help prevent chronic-degenerative diseases and cardiovascular diseases, and reduce the risk of developing degenerative pathologies of the nervous system.
